Engineering is a booming sector in South West Wales, with high demand for skilled workers and exciting career prospects. To showcase the diverse opportunities and pathways available in engineering we have produced a short film series.
The video series features interviews with local apprentices, who share their experiences and insights into the engineering industry. The videos also highlight the benefits of apprenticeships, including degree apprenticeships, to gain valuable qualifications and hands-on experience while earning a salary.
The aim is to inspire young learners and adults to consider engineering as a rewarding and fulfilling career choice and, to raise awareness of the current and future skills needs of the sector.
