SPARC was honoured with the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy of the Year award and received a Highly Commended for Campaign of the Year at the Women in Green Business Awards in London. The project also earned further praise at the Global Offshore Wind Awards, where it was Highly Commended in the Skills and People category, and at the STEM Cymru awards in Cardiff, where it was recognised as a Highly Commended STEM Programme of the Year.

The SPARC project is Led by Pembrokeshire College, Pembrokeshire County Council, and Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum, and supported by industry leaders including RWE, Blue Gem Wind, The Port of Milford Haven, Floventis, Ledwood Engineering, and the Skills and Talent programme. SPARC continues to lead the way for inclusive excellence in STEM education and workforce development for young females entering the Green workforce.
