Futurescape delivered significant impacts across multiple dimensions. Students developed essential workforce skills early, with particular focus on communication, digital literacy, problem-solving, planning, and teamwork. These skills were built through practical, hands-on activities that connected classroom learning with real-world applications. Working closely with Employers such as Employers from John Weaver, Andrew Scott Ltd, TRJ Construction, Morgan Sindall, POBL Group and others provided talks, mentorship, and site visits, bringing authentic industry perspectives directly to students.

Teachers reported embedding the learning into their curriculum, introducing them to a wide variety of career opportunities and building confidence in delivering technical content and creating sustainable long-term impacts that will benefit future cohorts of students beyond the programme's initial implementation.
