Jane Lewis

Regional Partnerships Manager

Jane manages the Regional Learning and Skills Partnership as well as the Regional Engagement Team for the Swansea Bay City Region. Her role involves the facilitation and development of step-change, collaborative working and ultimately improvement for the stakeholders in the region for the benefit of learners and employers across the region. Jane also leads the development and delivery of the Skills and Talent Initiative under the Swansea Bay City Deal.

Robert Holdcroft

Development Co-ordinator

Roberts’s role is to support the development and delivery of the Regional Learning and Skills Partnership and the Skills and Talent Initiative. His role extends to leading on the development of the Regional Employment and Skills Plan for South West Wales and to assist the RLSP Manager in partnership activity. Robert also maintains the Regional Learning & Skills Data Portal.

Research and Projects Officer

Peredur provides a range of support to the RLSP and its ongoing programme of work including the Regional Employment and Skills Plan and Skills and Talent Initiative. Peredur also supports in the facilitation of the RLSP’s industry cluster groups.

Sara Nicholls

Development and Employer Liaison Officer

Sara is responsible for developing and implementing a communication strategy for the Partnership to build awareness and inform stakeholders of RLSP activities. She is also responsible for developing website and social media content and producing our e-bulletin and marketing materials. Sara is also heavily involved in employer liaison and the development and delivery of the partnership’s industry cluster groups.

Sam Cutlan

Swansea Bay City Deal Skills and Talent Programme Manager

Sam’s role is to lead on the delivery of the Skills and Talent Initiative. This entails developing projects with key stakeholders to meet the skills needs for the region and develop the career pathways from school age through to upskilling in the workforce. Her role extends to taking the lead on managing the day-to-day operation of the Skills and Talent programme supporting the Regional Partnership manager on all aspects including development of projects, financial and risk management stakeholder engagement forums in relation to the development of skills and talent across the region, with a particular focus on the other 8 City Deal Projects skills needs.

Leanne Roberts

Swansea Bay City Deal Skills Development Project Officer

Leanne works across the region with stakeholders to develop and support projects that deliver the key outcomes of the Skills and Talent programme. Leanne is responsible for mapping regional provision, identifying skills gap opportunities and lead the development of projects with partners to meet the skills and training requirements for the 8 City Deal programmes.

Career Pathway Project Officer

Julian is responsible for working with Local Authority Education departments, school head teachers and Careers Wales to support the development of an awareness of the opportunities that will be generated by the 8 City Deal programmes and to support the development of key skills within the new curriculum in schools.

Enfys Stallard

Quality, Performance and Monitoring Officer

Enfys is responsible for managing the quality and performance for both the Skills and Talent Programme and for the grants it administers. Enfys ensures that the programme is delivered in a compliant manner for the funders and she monitors the impact of the funding awarded through the programme and reports on progress to the Skills Solution Group and Programme Board.
