The Regional Learning and Skills Partnership (RLSP) is pleased to announce that the South Wales Chamber of Commerce has joined the RLSP Board, strengthening the partnership between employers, skills leaders, and education providers across the region.
Jon Cullen joins the Board representing the South Wales Chamber of Commerce, bringing a wealth of experience and the collective voice of the Welsh Chambers. John is the President of the Chambers. The Chambers play a vital role in supporting businesses of all sizes, and this appointment ensures that employer priorities are clearly represented at a strategic level.
The RLSP is committed to reshaping the region’s skills system to make it more responsive to the needs of local businesses. By strengthening these relationships, the RLSP aims to align skills provision more closely with labour market shortages and future workforce needs.
