The RLSP, in partnership with a number of local businesses, recently delivered a vibrant careers fayre at Olchfa School, engaging around 300 students. The event highlighted the wide range of opportunities available across the region, giving learners valuable insight into potential career pathways.
A key highlight of the day was the interactive nature of the stands. Each business provided hands-on activities, allowing students to ‘have a go’ at different roles and gain a real feel for the jobs being showcased. This practical approach helped bring careers to life and encouraged meaningful conversations between employers and learners.
The event was a great success, with students thoroughly enjoying the experience. There was a real buzz throughout the day, reflecting the enthusiasm and energy of everyone involved.
